Kid Policy

We totally get it, life as a parent can be a juggling act! While we understand that bringing your little ones to the salon might seem convenient, we want to prioritize the safety and comfort of everyone involved. At ReWAXation, our salon isn't specifically designed to accommodate children, and our staff is focused on providing top-notch services rather than supervising little adventurers.

Our lovely estheticians have different comfort levels when it comes to children in the treatment rooms. Some prefer a child-free zone, while others are fine as long as the kiddos stay seated on the benches or in their stroller/carriers. To ensure a smooth experience, please give us a call so we can book you with an esthetician who is okay with children being present.

However, it's important to note that we can't allow unattended children in the waiting area, even if we have a receptionist present. 

We genuinely care about the well-being of your child, our other guests, and our amazing staff. We understand that this may cause some inconvenience, but our goal is to create a relaxing and worry-free environment for everyone. Guest Policy

At ReWAXation, we genuinely appreciate your support and love having you as our valued client. However, for the safety and comfort of all our guests and staff, we kindly request that you come to your appointment without bringing any additional guests. While we are happy to accommodate guests when a receptionist is available, there are times when we don't have that luxury. We want to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for everyone, and your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you for being a part of the ReWAXation family!


Pet Policy

We absolutely adore our furry friends, but unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets in the salon. This policy is in accordance with city and state health regulations that prohibit animals from being present in a salon environment. We also understand that some clients may have allergies or personal preferences that need to be respected.

However, we do make an exception for service dogs that are trained to assist individuals with disabilities. Service dogs are more than welcome in our salon, as they provide necessary support to their handlers. Please note that emotional support animals, while valuable companions, do not qualify as service animals under the law.

cancel/no show

reWAXation Cancellation/No Show/Late Arrival Policy

To ensure that your appointment runs smoothly and to respect the time of our estheticians and other clients, we kindly request that you arrive 10-15 minutes early for your scheduled appointment. We value punctuality and strive to accommodate all our clients, but please note that due to our back-to-back bookings, we may not be able to accommodate late arrivals. If you arrive too late for your appointment, it will be considered a late cancel or a no-show.

We want to emphasize that our estheticians operate on a commission basis. When clients fail to show up or cancel late, it directly affects their income as they do not receive compensation for missed appointments. We greatly appreciate your understanding and consideration in this matter.

Please be aware that late cancels, late reschedules, or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of the service price. This fee is intended to compensate the esthetician for their time and lost opportunity to accommodate other clients.

Other Policies

1. Appointment-only policy: To provide personalized attention and maintain a timely schedule, we require all clients to have a scheduled appointment. You can easily book your appointment by contacting us through phone, email, text, or our website. We're here to accommodate your requests and find a suitable time for you.

2. Declined credit card payment: In the event that your credit card on file is declined when we attempt to charge the 50% cancellation fee, we kindly ask that the payment be made before requesting a new appointment. This helps us maintain our booking system and ensures fairness to all clients.

3. Age restrictions for waxing/sugaring services: For the comfort and safety of our clients, we do not provide Brazilian waxing/sugaring services to individuals under the age of 18. However, clients who are 15 years old or older may receive waxing/sugaring services for the bikini line if a parent or guardian is present and has signed the client waiver.

4. Privacy during services: We strive to create a comfortable and professional environment for our clients. To maintain privacy and allow our estheticians to focus on providing the best service possible, only the guest and the esthetician are allowed in the waxing room during a service.

5. Completion of scheduled services: We kindly request that all scheduled services be completed within the designated appointment time. If you need to remove any service(s) from your appointment, we appreciate at least a 24-hour advance notice. If a service cannot be completed or is removed at the time of the appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged for the removed services.
